How will I log into the new system?

The new online banking system login location will not change from the homepage of our website at www.eaglecu.org. You will use your same Member Number for your Login ID and your same password. Once in, you will be prompted to create a new enhanced custom password that will be authenticated using your current phone and email we have on file for you with a secure access code. If you have our website bookmarked or favorited, be sure to clear your cache and refresh to ensure you are on the updated webpage.

If you forgot your password, input your Member/Login ID and select Forgot Password. If you have never logged in before or it has been a while since you have, please select Enroll which will still require your Member number. If you do not have your Member Number, please call (800) 324-5328, option 7, and we will provide it.

The new Mobile App will be updated if your smartphone or iPad are setup for automatic updates. If not, you will need to search for Eagle Community Credit Union via the Apple Store and Google Play. For Android Tablets you will be required to download the new app, and delete the old one. Then you will use your same login and password to access the mobile app.
