We've Remodeled to Serve You Better
The mini-branch inside the Santa Ana Post Office/Processing and Distribution Center on Sunflower Avenue has undergone a major facelift.
The remodeling project offers upgraded amenities and reinforces our commitment to our postal members.
The new design is made for access. There are two teller windows that enable you to conduct over-the-counter cash transactions and an ATM to handle transactions when the branch is closed, yet accessible while the post office lobby is open.
A variety of cosmetic improvements include large windows to improve natural lighting and reduce energy costs and contemporary color schemes for the walls and carpeting.
"It was time to update the look and structure of the branch," said Rodney Selbo, Senior Vice President of Member Services. "More than looks alone, the remodeling will result in improved service. It will be easier and quicker for people to conduct the type of transactions available from a full-service branch."
The Santa Ana branch is also open longer. The new hours are 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
