Eagle Community Credit Union has scheduled system maintenance that may affect your account access and usage overnight
from Monday, September 30th through midday of Tuesday, October 1st.  All member data will be safely backed up to ensure no loss of data. The maintenance will increase the Credit Union’s productivity, efficiency and ability to better serve you in the future.

Please review the following to understand how the maintenance may affect you:

Core System Maintenance
  • Beginning the evening of Monday, September 30th – midday of Tuesday, October 1st
  • Online and Mobile banking will be unavailable until maintenance is completed. 
  • Bill Payments will process as scheduled.
  • All ATM and Debit Card transactions may require your PIN to process.
  • If maintenance extends beyond our restoration time of midday on Tuesday, October 1, information and account access through the call center and branches will be limited until the core system is restored. We will strive to provide members the highest levels of service based on our available resources.

We will continue to send communications about this to ensure members are prepared and able to conduct banking activity prior to the maintenance. We appreciate your patience and thank you for your membership.
