Sincerely, H appy New Year! 2018 was an eventful year in which we were able to implement a lot of great changes to improve service to our members. We installed eight new ATMs, improved our online banking, and added Priority Pay to our mobile app, which allows for person to person money transfers via text. Being a credit union, it is our charge to return as much as possible to our members in the form of low-cost services, affordable interest rates on loans, and higher share deposit rates. Keeping cost as low as possible is key to offering financial services at a value to our members. A large expense to credit unions and other financial institutions are losses due to debit and credit card fraud. With the seemingly constant flow of data breaches occurring at retailers and data gathering services such as Facebook and Google, debit and credit card fraud will continue to increase. One way that our members can help reduce fraud is to register your cards with Mastercard. This provides an extra layer of protection when making purchases online, the fastest
