Since then, I’m proud to say we successfully launched our own insurance agency (ECCU Insurance Solutions), added a new online and in-branch member application to make it easier and more convenient for new members to join, and added a new lending and loan funding system to better serve your borrowing needs. Completed earlier this month, our last major project of 2019 was maintenance to our core system. This project improves our productivity, efficiency and ability serve you better today and in the future. If you use your computer to shop online, interact with businesses or access your accounts with financial institutions, including the credit union, there is important news from Microsoft you should be aware of. Effective January 2020, Microsoft is ending support of Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 11 . After January 2020, Microsoft will no longer be releasing security updates for these products. To avoid possible interruptions, you should always keep your systems and browsers updated to the latest security standards. To ensure your continued ability to log in to online banking, it is important to upgrade to a supported version of the Windows operating system (Windows 10) and the latest version of a supported browser, such as Microsoft Edge or another browser of your choice.
