This has been a unique situation for all of us and I appreciate your cooperation and patience as we adjust our business practices to ensure the health and safety of everyone. Assisting you and ensuring access to your funds and services are our top priorities. I am proud of the Eagle team for pulling together quickly and efficiently to get most of our back-office staff working safely from home, while maintaining our service quality standards. Our branches are open, and our teams have reported for work daily to take care of your financial needs. We have increased the number of representatives available to answer your calls and assist you by phone while you stay safe at home. The Credit Union continues to monitor the latest news from Federal, State, and Local Governments and we will apprise all members of any changing developments to our business via email, website, and/ or social media. If you have visited one of our branches recently you may have noticed the modifications we made to promote a safe and healthy environment for everyone. These modifications include supplying our team with face masks, installing safety shields at our teller lines and service desks, placement of social distancing floor guides set 6 feet apart, actively disinfecting high touch surface areas, and making hand sanitizer available in our lobbies and back office. I am asking for your cooperation with the following whenever you visit an Eagle branch to help us maintain a safe environment for everyone: • Wear a face covering while inside the branch and while conducting business. • Maintain 6 feet of space between you and anyone not within your household. • Avoid touching surfaces as much as possible. • Use online and mobile banking for transactions such as mobile check deposits 1 and applying for loans. • If you are sick, please stay home and seek assistance from your physician. We are maintaining the safest possible environment in our branches for our members and staff by using best practice recommendations from the CDC and WHO. Thank you for your cooperation and support. Since the start of the pandemic, the Credit Union has been making every effort to assist our members during these difficult times. To give members easier access to their money if they are unable to locate a CO-OP ATM, we are waiving fees on our foreignATMtransactions. Members can apply for our Emergency Assistance Line of Credit to help deal with financial shortfalls they may experience due to COVID-19. Most important, we are here to assist our members. If you are experiencing a financial hardship due to COVID-19, I encourage you to reach out to us at 800.324.5328 and see how we may be able to assist you or refer you to our financial counseling services, which are confidential and free to use for all our members. Please check our website and app for any changes to the Credit Union's operations on a regular basis.Wewill make every attempt to provide notice of any changes to you as well in advance as possible, however, at this time the situation is very fluid, and we do have to comply with any governmental mandates.
