When did the monthly service fee for Ultimate Checking begin?

The $5.95 monthly service fee for UItimate Checking was effective on March 1, 2015, but will be deducted from the Ultimate Checking Account on the last day of the month. The service fee is $4.95 for members age 65 and over as of March 1, 2015.
